Trong chương trình làm việc của chuyên gia Hà Lan về đảm bảo chất lượng tại trường Đại học Vinh từ ngày 21 đến 29 tháng 10 năm 2006, Trường tổchức Hội thảo với chủ đề "Mối liên hệ giữa đảm bảo chất lượng với kiểm tra đánh giá trong phương thức đào tạo theo học chế tín chỉ" đã được tổ chức vào ngày 24/10/2006.
Tham dự hội thảo có các chuyên các khoa; Tổ trưởng các tổ bộ môn.
Hội thảo có nhiều nội dung quan trọng, bổ ích cho công tác đào tạo và đảm bảo chất lượng của nhà trường.

To carry out the plan in the field of Quality Accreditation 2006 of Vinh University, based on the opinions of the experts from the Hanze University – Netherlands and the ability of the staff of QA Department, Vinh University will hold a Scientific Workshop on the Higher Education Quality Assurance field.
- Subject of the workshop: The relationship between the Quality Assurance and the Testing, Assessing in accommodation with the credit training form in Universities.
- Duration: From 20th to 29th October 2006 (at the time Netherlands experts are working at Vinh University). The workshop will be held in 1-2 days.

- Participants: around 100 persons, consist of:
+ Vinh University: Leader Board, the Deans of departments, Academic Affair, QA Department, Business Units, the representatives staffs from 11 training departments that have been auditing at the 1st period of QA activity, the representatives of the remained training departments, members of scientific council from all training departments.
+ Some experts in QA aspect from MoET and five Universities attending ProfQIM, and some other Universities.
- Content: Reports and presentations will focus on the main topics as:
+ The role of Quality Assurance for remaining and improving training quality in University suitable with the credit training form;
+ PDCA circle, applying for the real situation of an Universities;
+ The University QA activities which can be deployed in the particular conditions of the credit training form;
+ The innovation of examining and assessing students in accordance with the credit training form;
+ The relationship between QA and testing, assessing in the credit training form;
+ Designing questionnaire, survey for students, alumni…
+ Quality Accreditation on program level in order to ensure and enhance training quality in the credit training form;
+ Role of the QAC in order to consult, organize the QA activities and testing, assessment;
+ QA activities and the innovation of examining, assessing activities at some Universities of Vietnam.
